Tankless problems we repair
We troubleshoot units that will not ignite, shut down during use, display fault codes, leak, make unusual noise, or deliver inconsistent temperatures. Our plumber checks flow, filters, controls, fuel or power, venting, condensate, and the water path before pricing a repair.
Flow and sizing matter
A tankless heater must sense enough flow to turn on and have enough capacity for the fixtures running at the same time. We check fixture flow, filters, settings, incoming water temperature, gas or electrical supply, and the unit's size for the household.
Descaling for hard-water buildup
Riverside averages 12 grains per gallon of hardness, and Corona reports hard to very hard water. Mineral scale can restrict the heat exchanger and reduce performance. Citrusline provides manufacturer-recommended flushing, descaling, and filter service.
Repair, replace, or upgrade
When a repair is practical, we price it first. If the unit is at the end of its life or undersized, we provide a replacement option that includes venting, gas or electrical requirements, condensate, permits, startup, warranty registration, and haul-away.
