Running toilets and worn tank parts
We replace failed fill valves, flappers, flush valves, handles, tank hardware, supply connectors, and shutoffs. Most common running-toilet repairs can be completed during the first visit when the fixture is otherwise in good condition.
Weak flushes and recurring clogs
A weak flush may come from tank adjustments, mineral buildup, or a worn fixture. A clog that keeps returning can involve the toilet trap or the drain line. If nearby fixtures gurgle or drain slowly, we check for a larger sewer problem.
Leaks at the tank, supply, or base
Water around a toilet can come from tank hardware, the supply line, shutoff, bowl connection, wax seal, condensation, or a nearby fixture. We find the source, check the flange and floor, and price the repair before removing the toilet.
Professional toilet installation
We confirm the rough-in, bowl shape, height, clearances, flange, floor, shutoff, and supply connection before installation. The old fixture is removed, the new toilet is set and checked for proper operation, and the immediate work area is cleaned before we leave.
