Second-generation plumber Rafael Navarro founded Citrusline Plumbing in Riverside in 2008 after eleven years in the trade. The Citrusline name is a nod to Riverside's citrus history and the Inland Empire communities the company serves.
Rafael started Citrusline with one truck and three rules: arrive when promised, give the customer a written price before work begins, and leave the work area clean. Those rules still guide every service call.
Citrusline now has 16 people and ten stocked service and installation vehicles. The team includes licensed service plumbers, drain and sewer specialists, a repipe crew, and dispatchers who answer the phone 24/7. The trucks carry sewer cameras, locators, hydro-jetters, acoustic leak equipment, moisture meters, pressure gauges, and water-testing equipment.
